Following the success of Big Brobot in 2010, Big Brobot 2.0 was a much more ambitious attempt to run the 2011 Dublin Marathon in the world's largest robot costume to run a marathon.

At 2.4 metres tall and more than 25 Kg, running Big Brobot 2.0 was an entirely different prospect. Unfortunately, folowing an assault by drunken teens on the North Circular Road which broke (poorly designed) structural spars, Big Brobot 2.0 suffered rapid unscheduled dissambly just past the 10 mile mark in the Pheonix Park.
